Printer
Craig finds inspiration from varying landscapes and the changes to community living he has experienced throughout his life. The works presented draw attention to the forms of abstraction found in nature as well as in man-made structures
"Since retirement I have been able to follow my interest in Printmaking. After six years study at TAFE Wagga I graduated in 2015 at Distinction level from the Advance Diploma - Printmaking. In the last few years I have been able to consolidate my learning through the Artist in Residence process. This has given additional confidence toward placing my work in front of the public. My art will normally exhibit a mildly surreal representation of my world. Dependent on the materials that best suit representation, the work may be painted, drawn or printed. I live a life where I experience the adventure of experimentation and the subsequent surprises. I hope that you will join me as you travel from artist to artist on the Artist Trail. To actually see the artist at work may help you to understand the complexity, and length of time taken to product each individual print.
